Day 1 - Hermana Smoot: safe and sound to PERU!

A sweet lady who worked at the Airport took this photo of all the missionary's gat the airport going to Peru! Thank you thoughtful person! Us Mother's really are so worried!  


We got our first letter from Megan the next morning when she arrived! 


Hello Hello Hello!!  I have made it safely to Peru and am loving it
here so far! We arrived here at the CCM late last night and went to
bed around 3 am and still woke up at 6:30 am but all is well! Tonight
will be a good night sleep. :) The people here are so nice and there
are quite a few Americans I arived with.  I hope mom got that picture
I had someone text her at the airport.  I dont have alot of time, but
just know that I am safe and so excited for the advetures to come.

(Well That helped a little to know she was ok and well. It only took me a few days to snap out of a coma of depression after Tuesday happened. I am so excited for her and to hear about her adventures in Peru and sharing the gospel!! )
