Wow! Every day I am here, God is trying to teach me and I just have to have enough faith, hope, patience, charity, humility etc, so learn.
This last week we had 2 baptisms! Celeste, who started taking lessons in May but dissapeared after 1 month. Then about 1.5 months ago attended church again! She is 20 and is amazing. She got baptized on Sunday morning before church.
Orlando, is 25 and had a similar story. But through Edith (convert of about 11 months) started listening to the missionaries, us, again. He got baptized Saturday night. (Celeste couldnt until sunday morning) When He came out of the font, Edith started crying because she couldnt believe he had made it this far. She said he is like a son to her. Such a special moment. Even though these 2 amazing people got baptized, it doesnt feel like we did anything. Ya sure we taught them what they needed to know, but in reality we are not the teachers. The spirit is the teacher and we are just gods instruments. We bore testimony, but we didnt give them their testimonies. Through prayer and faith, they did it all on there own through the spirit. I love this gospel!
I know with out a doubt I am supposed to be here. I know this church is true!
