HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

Well, this week was pretty normal. Meaning some people dont even know what thanksgiving is here, so Thursday was just a normal day like any other day. Last monday for Pday we went to Central de Lima! Which will be the last time because President is having lots of changes in the mission, which will be good, but it was so exciting to see more of Peru!  It was only about 30 min out side our mission and we went to a museum and everything. Super amazing and so interesting!  Our mission is very small.

Also we had an activity with the stake where youth who were preparing to serve missions had the opportunity to do a day in the life of a missionary. So saturday morning before studys we all went to the stake center and they asigned a youth to us. I was with a 19 year old girl Ramina.  Super cute and had a really strong testimony.  We studied and then went out to work.  It was the first time in my mission to go on exchanges with a member, so that also meant I was the older missionary.  It was an amazing expierience for both her and I, and even though a little difficult at times for what to say ect, we did it.  There was one moment where we were going to go to a recent converts house to teach but for some reason I just had this strong impression that we shouldnt. I shrugged it off, which I know is bad and started toward her house again.  we took about 5 steps and I stopped and said lets go this way, not to her house.  Her house was far and so we decided not to go. I still dont know why, but we ended up contacting this man and we will see what happens. But the convert ended up not being home at that time anyway.

I know with all my heart that this gospel is true and that when we have trials we should stop and be greatful, because it just means god is trying to teach us something.  I love you all and hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
